A few months ago, I was sitting in an airport waiting for my flight, when I got a text from an owner who was desperately searching for her lost dog in the woods behind her house. I'd barely connected with him when I heard from her again. She had made a discovery no pet owner should have to; she had found him, but her precious boy was gone- likely from a predator attack. A flurry of text messages followed as I made my way back up the east coast, and we eventually decided that I would meet with her the next day. We spent a few hours together the following day, as I did mediumship with her boy, communication with her other fur family members, and energy work with their extended human and fur family. I used the best of my skills to offer what I viewed as a thimbleful of comfort in the face of a tsunami of emotions, yet her thank you letter, crystallized why I do what I do far more precisely than l ever could. It's not always fun. It's not always pretty. It's not always happily-ever-after. But it's always valuable.
A very happy P.S. Very recently, Dexter's family decided they were ready to expand their family & adopted Nala. Besides working on potty training, her hobbies include figuring out her kitty siblings & playing with her big brother Dexter's toys.
